Waar moet de ‘perfecte’ huurwoning aan voldoen? Om daar een goed antwoord op te geven, vind je hier verschillende referentieprojecten. Projecten waar wij trots op zijn, maar ook waar onze huurders fijn wonen. Met dit soort woningen breiden we onze woningvoorraad graag uit.

Project 1: Noorderduin
In het Almeerse Noorderduin bouwden we 20 sociale eengezinswoningen. Deze type woningen zijn zeer gewild. Door de toegenomen bouwkosten zijn sociale eengezinswoningen lastiger te realiseren. Om de bouwkosten te drukken bestaan deze woningen uit 2 lagen.
